THE TEAM

Lorrie Pompei, CPCC
Leadership Coach, Founder
& CEO
Lorrie has a deep love for the outdoors and any activity that has her spending time in nature. Coming from a family of four boys meant she was outside and getting dirty from day one. In a world of to-do lists and constant movement, nature's elements give her a loud reminder to slow down and breathe. That calling to be present is what keeps her coming back for more every day..
Lorrie has spent 20 years as a Leadership & Life coach, enabling individuals and teams to reach new heights. She has lived abroad and traveled to all parts of the world, developing herself while learning about the intrinsic motivators of others. Prior to launching her coaching practice, she was a member of the learning and development organizations at the University of Nevada, Reno and International Gaming Technology (IGT).
Lorrie received her coaching certification from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), is a certified Yoga and SUP Yoga instructor, and has a diploma in Design from the Interior Design Institute. Her ability to bring these three practices together in support of her clients is what separates her from others.
